Project Management Boot Camp

Receive the #1 international standard of project management training.

Join over 560,000 project management leaders worldwide who are PRINCE2 certified!

This course prepares you for two examinations, each leading to a separate certification; the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification and the PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification.

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is widely used across the world as a complement to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)® championed by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

This 5-day certification Boot Camp combines the 3-day PRINCE2 Foundation and two-day PRINCE2 Practitioner courses. Successful completion of the Boot Camp means attending all the sessions through the five days and passing both the Foundation certification (on the afternoon of day 3) and the Practitioner certification (on the afternoon of day 5).

The first part of the Boot Camp (Foundation) focuses on learning the theoretical knowledge contained in the PRINCE2 body of best practice. While the second part of the Boot Camp (Practitioner) provides guidance on how to effectively apply and practice the new knowledge within a project environment.

This is a very intense course with several hours of pre-course work, including reading and completing several exercises. Some homework is assigned in the evenings.

PRINCE2’s teachings and certifications provide you with the knowledge needed to contribute successfully to your organisation’s projects. Overall, the guidance will give you and your team common project processes, systems, procedures and language. You benefit from stronger communication channels between the project team, project management and the rest of the organisation, while avoiding errors, saving time and money and, most important, delivering successful project outcomes!

PRINCE2 is widely used across the world and is a complement to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)® championed by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

PRINCE2’s unique features include:

  • The definition of seven key processes, themes and roles for project functions
  • Methods for assessing project management maturity
  • A focus on business justification and ongoing validation of processes

There are no prerequisites for entry to the PRINCE2 Boot Camp. However, you are required to read the book Managing Successful Projects prior to attending the course. The book is part of the course fee; once you register you'll receive information on how to obtain the book.

This course prepares you for the exam leading to the PRINCE2 Foundation Certification and PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification.
