We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic B2B Marketing Manager who can lead the charge on
marketing projects but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves and contributing as a team member.
Working from the Burlington corporate head office, the Marketing
Manager reports directly to company senior executives and will focus on developing, executing, and managing
marketing activities for Pink Elephant’s portfolio of services while working in tandem with many different
teams at across the company including sales, customer service, product management and the conferences team.
The well-rounded and highly creative B2B Marketing Manager will
have various responsibilities including launching new services, creating communications, assisting with
events, planning and reporting, lead generation, design and creation of sales and marketing materials, and
developing email and tradeshow campaigns.
This role is best suited for individuals with experience in a fast-paced small-to-medium size
entrepreneurial business model.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Plan and launch new services – training, conferences, consulting
- Research and maintain a competitive database
- Create integrated marketing campaigns including direct marketing, industry events and various forms of
digital
- Develop and support marketing communications including print, digital and web content creation
- Provide marketing support for third party shows – booth design and layout, advertising, collateral,
promotional items
- Build and maintain relationships with many different levels of colleagues across the business
- Effectively manage external suppliers to ensure that projects and services are delivered on and on
budget
- Measure and report on marketing results
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business and marketing, or relevant work experience
- 10+ years B2B marketing experience
- People management considered an asset
- Strong project management skills
- Strong commercial, entrepreneurial and strategic mind set with extensive hands-on experience of
marketing planning and implementation
- Self-starter who can prioritize and be productive with minimal oversight
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including analytical, editing/proofreading skills,
and presentations
- Up-to-date knowledge and passion for education and its potential in helping clients reach their goals
- Results-oriented – proven ability to develop action plans and execute against them to achieve results
- Outstanding organization and time management skills - able to multi-task, prioritize and delegate
effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM Dynamics database)
