Hotel Nights
Pink25 will be hosted at the beautiful and iconic Bellagio Hotel in
Las Vegas!
Rooms are available at the special rate (see below in the shopping
cart) until December 30, 2024, at which time the dedicated block of
the special conference room rate for Pink25 attendees will expire.
You may cancel your hotel room reservations up to 72 hours before your
scheduled check-in date. Contact Pink Elephant to make changes to your
hotel room requirements.

Special Offers
If you purchased a Pink25 pass as part of a special offer, you may not
cancel or get a refund. Instead, a credit will be held towards another
Pink Elephant purchase. You can substitute with a person from the same
organization at any time.
For Full Price Registrations
You may cancel and get a refund until December 31, 2024, after which a
credit will be held towards another Pink purchase. You can substitute
with a person from the same organization at any time.
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you can substitute a colleague from your
organization to take your place at any time right up until the last
business day before Pink25 starts. However, you must contact us to
update attendee information. We cannot process substitutions at the
event Registration Desk.
