Pink Elephant instructors are further qualified to teach specific courses in accordance with Pink Elephant’s certified trainer program. In addition to the third-party requirements defined by the accreditation bodies listed above, each training course or workshop we offer has specific instructor standards defined internally by Pink Elephant. These include:

  • Detailed familiarity with all content, materials, and standards for the product – verified by testing
  • Successful completion of the Train-the-Trainer program for the product
  • Successful co-delivery of the product with a certified instructor
  • Successful solo delivery of the product, monitored by a certified instructor
  • Sign-off by a certified instructor
  • Ongoing performance standards that must be met
