We are currently seeking Trainers – who are passionate about sharing knowledge and are excellent presenters, as well as being adaptable, keen, and have an interest in continually learning IT management best practices – to join our team.
We are looking for candidates with various levels of experience that can range from entry level to highly experienced.
The successful candidates can be located anywhere in the USA and will be required to occasionally work onsite at client locations as well as remotely (from your home) for virtually delivered courses. Accordingly, the successful candidates must be prepared to travel and possibly spend a few days each week away from home.
Key Responsibilities Include

Training IT professionals from all levels of our customer organizations on assigned Pink Elephant courses by delivering engaging and impactful presentations, training sessions, and group discussions

Developing strong customer relationships to support sales based on recommendations tailored to customer environments

Creating a positive learning environment through an engaging presentation style, interacting with students, and following good practices

Following established protocols to maintain class order, adhere to the course schedule, and ensure integrity of the exam process

Acting as a front-line ambassador, representing the Company through the delivery of virtual courses, as well as during in-house and public workshops

Establishing and maintaining a high degree of product knowledge, ensuring all appropriate Pink Elephant products are successfully delivered

As assigned, and on occasion, contributing to product development
Minimum Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in IT, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years working in a related training role, or practical work experience in an IT practitioner role
- Demonstrated experience with public speaking and/or facilitating presentations to various stakeholders
- Excellent verbal communication skills is an absolute “must have” – for presenting information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
- Demonstrated ability and interest in being a continual learner to advance knowledge throughout your career
- Experience or knowledge of adult learning principles and practices would be a distinct asset
- Strong understanding of customer service best practices
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of how the effectiveness of training and representation is linked to revenue generation and repeat customers
Senior Level Qualifications
- In addition to the above qualifications, candidates considered for more senior trainer roles must have 10 years’ related IT service management experience in any of Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps, ITIL, business relationship management, and other quality frameworks
- Interest in and passion for acquiring expert-level knowledge in IT service management frameworks and other quality frameworks is a must
