This very meaningful type of workshop involves “learning by doing”, which means your team is given an actual assignment that requires you to apply concepts related to ITIL, Lean, Agile, DevOps, and more, to solve a problem. During what is typically a day-long business simulation, your team has to role play to create solutions that are then applied to see the results of specific actions taken. This type of learning is very powerful because participants have to work in teams to collaborate, co-ordinate, discuss, and apply strategies and tactics to resolve a specifically stated business problem.
